This is the web site for the Deeside Defenders Gaming Club. A wargames, board games and general gaming club based at Broughton in North Wales, near to Chester.

New members are always welcome! If you are new to war gaming and board gaming and would like to have a go or if your an experienced gamer looking for new opponents, please feel free to pop along to a club night. Please note all children under age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Gauntlet 2010 Show: 3rd & 4th of July 2010
Details of the 2010 show can be found here. And photos and information on the previous events can be found here. So if you enjoy playing wargames, board games or fancy competing in the tournaments, then why not come along. The venue is easy to find and only 34 minutes from the M6.
Gauntlet Gaming Show - Overview
The Gauntlet Wargames and Gaming Show has been run by the club since 2004 as a friendly player based open event focused on actual gaming, competitions, participation and demonstration games. The previous and next show details can be found by following the links on the left.
Club Participation Games
As a club we periodically try to run some multi-player participation games during club nights, usually of a skirmish nature and involving between four to eight, sometimes more players in a casual light hearted game.The details of these will be posted up here for reference as when the games are run. New players are always welcome too join in:
